How we use your details.

The contact form

When you send the contact form, we get your first and last name and your email. We also get your business name or website if you add it. We get what you want to fix and the choices you pick, too.

Cloudflare handles what you send. It reaches Valspire Group LLC through Google Workspace. We use it to reply to you and talk about the work.

The Growth Game Plan

When you start a plan, we get your full name and email. We also get your phone and your kind of business if you add them.

We also get the first page you saw, and where the link came from if it says.

When your plan is ready, we get the answers you picked. We use them to build the same plan and email it to you.

If you type them, we also get the service you named and your goal for a better month. The same goes for the tool you use and when you aim to reply. You may answer the three help questions after your plan. If you do, we get those answers too.

If you check real cases, they stay on your device unless you tick a box. The box says “Include these cases with my plan.”

If you tick it, we get the case letters and the dates you typed. We also get your answers about each case and your form test. And we get the count you found and the job value you typed. We never ask for names, emails, phone numbers or messages from your cases.

We use these to prepare for a call if you book one. We also use them to email you a copy of your plan and to follow up once about it. There is no mailing list.

They are sent to Valspire Group LLC as email, through Google Workspace. We keep them in a Google Sheet there. The site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare carries the request.

Any numbers you type, and anything you write in the sheets, are not sent. They stay in your browser tab until you close it.

How long we keep it

We keep plan details, Sheet rows and emails for up to 24 months. Then we delete them. To have yours deleted sooner, email info@valspire.com.

You book calls on Calendly. It handles the details you type there.
